All properties being sold or let in England and Wales, now require an EPC before they can be marketed. An Energy Performance Certificate, EPC, contains advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills, as well as the energy rating of the property.

The EPC Booking Process

We will confirm a price for the EPC and offer you a suitable appointment time. Alternatively please click here to complete a booking form. An Energy Assessor will ring you within 3 working hours, to confirm the price for the EPC as well as offer you an appointment time to suite you. Please note, we offer evening and weekend appointment times.

Payment is taken at the property, once the survey is complete and an electronic copy of the EPC is issued to the clients email address within 24hours of the appointment.
